telkom is just useless with no care for anyone

<p>this is my 3rd complaint about the same issue but since telkom dont even try to repsond i have to create new complaints all the time. i requested my number to be cancelled and made prepaid a few months ago, my number has finally been cancelled but my number has been cancelled as well. how am i suppose to do business with no number. i dont have words anymore for the incompetence of telkom</p>
