Telkom is just useless

below was sent long time ago, the business has not responded and i am still being invoiced

01 Aug 2020 at 07:25 am I had a contract I took with Telkom 2 years ago. It ended, however they were still debiting my account because of the sim data. I enquirer with them and requested them to stop the data contract, the agreed. To my surprise the debit went off this morning. How guys, in this economy?
