TELKOM IS JUST THE WORST!!!!!

Telkom is simply beyond useless. I have phoned, sent through my problem on their site, received ref after ref followed by an sms to say the fault is now fixed and the matter closed???? How does this work? Is someone gaining points on how many queries 'are closed'? Because Telkom, here's a heads up ........ it's all a lot of nonsence. I didn't get one call and I'm still struggling with the very same problem that Telkom has said on three occasions is resolved and the matter closed. How so??? I've also phoned in and now received two new passwords - neither of which have worked. The message asking for the password keeps popping up relentlessly. So .... either nobody knows what they're doing and/or there's a form of *******ion going on that tells you that matters are being resolved when they are not. I am soooooo over you you have no idea. Quick to take my money but where are you when I'm struggling with a problem that is clearly yours and you keep telling me it's resolved without any interaction with me????? Pitiful. You're just pitiful.
