TELKOM IS JUST PLAIN USELESS!!! Call Centres and Branches , no difference!!!

<p>I lost my cellphone, then blocked/blacklisted it... Now Im getting a replacement phone, and I went to do a sim at N1 City Telkom, then they logged the call and advised it would take 2 days to reactivate the sim and I am on contract, I'm worried about my data and airtime which will potentially expire, and as usual Telkom will refuse to account for this, and get me all my data and airtime even though my balances should be frozen.</p> <p> </p> <p>This afternoon I just called the Telkom call centre and I was told that the case which was logged at N1 City was incorrectly logged, and thus it was closed, and I must go back and ask them to rectify and relog. What kinid of nonsense is this????! My time is wasted doing ups and downs? And how can u allow people to Block phone via call centres and yet they cant unblock them?... This is just blatantly illogical, and nonsense!!! I am tired of Telkom and their preposterous service!!!</p>
