Telkom is just PATHETIC!!!

Telkom is just a pathetic service provider. No wonder Vodacom is always a step ahead and I'm going back to Voda. My cellphone and home router accounts suspended after they confirmed that both accounts are upto date. I called in after realizing that my account has been locked out and was promised a 24hr turn around time to resolve the issue. It's now almost 48hrs.

I get told that there's an internal issue with system upgrades. Now customers have to suffer.

Now I have a good reason to stick to Vodacom...
