Telkom is just BAD

I have been trying to sort out billing error and contract cancellation for just over 11 months now and all I get every time I call is "We will escalate your case" and nothing happens until I call again and on my credit check it keeps on adding up months not paid to telkom. It takes Telkom less than 30 minutes to open up a contract for you but over a year to cancel it when it is over the agreed terms. I wouldn't recommend Telkom to anyone. :(
