telkom is just ******* and lacks common sense!!!

I had thought that many complaints about Telkom were just an exaggeration but WOW man I was also in line to receive my own surprises. I have been using my account regularly and normally without any hiccups but now my account suspended of something I have not subscribed too and I’m told I must settle my account. Telkom is just a ******* network provider that doesn’t take care of its customers. How can I opt for something that could freaking charge me more, when I can easily choose a reasonable option? Looking at my trend spending does not anyone in Telkom have common sense.
