Telkom is just a waist of Money

TELKOM is really disappointing, Everything seemed fine with their network at first until I started paying. The problem is that their network goes every time after the 10th of the month and I am unable to use social media and access emails and other things that are Internet related. I pay them every month, and for what? only to access internet for less than 20days in a month? I think I need to terminate the contract with them as I am paying for services I am not receiving fully. The sim card is useless.
