Telkom is just a ******* company

Worst experience ever , call center useless. Telkom consultant useless. No one can assist to get a fiber line working. I’ve been sent around from shop to shop to assist only to be told to email the same person that didn’t assist in the first place. They need to fire everyone at this useless company and actually get some working processes going . No one takes accountability and no one is willing to make an effort to help the customers out.
