TELKOM IS JUST A FAILURE

This is my first time doing this but TELKOM must be exposed for the total unprofessionalism and unwillingness to get anything done! Early in June I was contacted by an agent from SELL DIRECT [URL Removed] Apart from the fact that sell direct is not reachable, they number just rings. I was given the opportunity to take a contract since I was a prepaid TELKOM client. On the 22nd of June they delivered and I asked to have my contract on my (prepaid) number which I have used for years and do business with. Today is the 10th of July and not only has my issue not been resolved, now my prepaid number is inactive
