Telkom is *****ing all South Africans money

Zero rating. Telkom phone me often to sell phones data etc years ago I bought a phone by mistake via Telkom and now they say I can not cancel over the phone I need to go in store. I have never in my life experience such daylight *******. I try to cancel I stop my debit orders just to see they have taken more debit orders how do they get away with this.
