Telkom is ***********, useless and *******! Stay away!

My wife and I have a Telkom line. In February this year, we decided to install a fibre line. The service provider was Vumatel and the network operator was Telkom. Telkom delivered the router on 25 Feb 2019 and Vumatel installed the fibre line 2 weeks after that. We then contacted Telkom to configure the router. it is 3 months later and they have not done a single thing about it. They then suspended our line, billed us incorrectly and are unable to resolve the issue. We have been calling them every week in the last 3 months and no one knows how to resolve the matter or cares to try and resolve this. I would recommend people to avoid this useless organisation that is totally useless and packed with *********** tarts who can't reconcile an account!!!
