How is it fair usage policy if we are paying for a 10mb line(which worked fine for 2 years) but get throttled to 2 mbs not even halfway through the month.

Getting about 1.14 mbs out of a 10mbs but paying full price your threshold of 150 gb is a joke. Rather for wireless internet companies, they are much more competent amd reliable.
