Poor customer management. Cut my fibre line for no reason, try to get it re-instated, keep promising that it will be resolved the same day, yet 2 days later...nothing. call centre puts the phone down on me (Amanda), no supervisor on duty to talk to is what i was told. I must call back on Monday... when i am back at work...
