Telkom is ***********

I have been a client of telkom for +-8 years. I did a manual payment to them on the 1st Feb 2023 then was told it would take 5 to 7 working days to resolve which I was ok with. It is now the 16th Feb 2023 and many many calls to them with no help what so ever. They then debted me last night again after I did the payment as mentioned, I have also sent the POP to the documents department and Nemours agents, they are *****ing my hard earned money. And to get a call back is impossible
