TELKOM IS ***********

ONE STAR RATING IS TOO HIGH FOR TELKOM!!!!!

I hade an ADSL line with telkom for just over two years. November 2020 i canceled the account. Or so i thought. Later on i had to find out from debt collectors that the account has never been canceled and has been growing bigger as debt. So of course I phoned them to sort this out. After spending almost R600 on airtime it was settled. Once again so i thought. Now i wanted to get finance for a car but i was denied by all banks because apparently the account has still not been closed.

I would never recommend telkom to anyone since they have the worst service.
