Telkom is incompetence

I played telkom 10th birthday monate competion on the 7th October won weekend away voucher never received I logged a call ref no ***0 on the 22nd played won flight ticket voucher then I called again they said I should contact premier hotels and tlc travel for my prizes and 5hey gave me wrong details for them.why run a competion that you can't sustain m dissapointed with telkom
