telkom is incompetant

My boyfriend has 3 contracts with telkom over desember the money didnt go off our account so begining january we went and paid december. The account is a debit order that goes off every end of the month telkom has switched off all our contract sim cards becase they want us to pay january. My understanding is that if i payed december then it is payed how can they expect us to pay january if they dont know what my acoount balance would be this is very un professional i am very disgusted in telkoms help not teven to mention they dont even answer their phones
