Telkom is incompentant with re-instating my fibre line and this after they cancelled it by accident

Telkom is incompentant with re-instating my fibre line and this after they cancelled it by accident. Its been 4 weeks and each time someone cancels the call or open ticket.. I just want my line re-instated but no one seems to understand this. This was their erro and now I am being penalized for it due to their stupidity
