Telkom is incompent

It has been two years addressing the same issue with Telkom. For starters they have no Telkom in Mthatha. They have sent us three faulty routers and all the time these routers do not work. They send them after we complained on numerous occasions and the issue is still not sorted. The technician was here again telling us that TELKOM has AGAIN sent the faulty routers and they don't seem to care in fixing the issue. When we have to exchange it we have to carry the costs of going to Telkom which is in East London or Port Elizabeth. The staff is incompent and does not provide any solution. This is tiring. If they don't want business they must say so and close down instead of this incompetence.
