Telkom is in for disaster! ***********!!!!!

I have paid my telkom account on time, my invoice shows that it was paid on time, yet I still recieve messages stating Ilegal action will be taken against me for not paying the account.

From R760 my account shows R1053, somewhere in there telkom decided to charge me a rejected debit fee because I requested numerous times for my bank details to be changed! I am tired of this nonsense, I request that my account and billing issues are resolved immediately!!!!!
