Telkom is ignoring my complaint

<p>I logged this complaint recently, and I all I got was an e-mail saying that they tried to contact me. I responded numerous times but they haven't responded to my e-mails. I am relogging this to start the process again, and hopefully this time a competent and loyal consultant will contact me to resolve this.</p> <p>For about 30 years, my number has been unlisted in the telephone directory, for reasons of privacy and harassment. I was alarmed to see that my number has been listed in the latest white pages (2016/2017). I called Trudon, who advised that the reason my entry appears is that it was provided to them by Telkom on mag tape. They told me it's futile for them to remove it as it will simply come back again when next Telkom send them an update.</p> <p>I want to know WHY my entry has been listed by Telkom, which is in contravention of my specific instructions NOT to list my number. And I want to know WHAT Telkom is going to do to rectify the problem and re-instate my privacy.</p>
