Telkom is Horror

Telkom has become the service provider with the worst and horrible customer service ever. Almost 3 weeks with no fibre/wifi. Been moved from Telkom Business Billing (line active), Technical (need to rest the modem-done, refresh the router-done, now the line is suspended call sales), Telkom Sales (no access to the system, we will call you back - never did, call again - line is active), Billing (line active) “let me out your through to gates estates then 12 hours later gated estates has gone home. Everyone has gone. 17 days later, account is up to date and still no service.

Why Telkom? Why?
