Telkom is horrific, i could give it 0 stars if i could

Telkom is horrific yet again, my second review and things have not gotteb any better, the service is still horrible and i'll be changing it soon. I had a R200 debt to Telkom on an emergency top up, I paid R110 straight up, which brought down my debt to R91 and I think 19 cents, and when i checked the amount that i could credit it was only R59.60 which was weird to me, cause i had just paid R110 so in mind i should be able to credit close to R110, i credit R55 a few days later i went to go check on my emergency top up, and now there was R24 that i could credit, so i did and now telkom is not letting me credit anything even though theoretically they should be letting me credit close to R30 or R30, in summary don't use telkom, please buy mtn or vodacom
