Telkom is horrific

My experience with Telkom has been awful, i live in Pretoria as of right now, but i regularly go to my the makhayas in Eastern Cape and i have a telkom sim, and if anyone has a telkom sim they will know just how bad the network can be in the makhayas, but thats not my main issue, m, main issue is the fact that on the 30th of March the day i owed telkom R150 airtime and i couldn't get any emergency top up, but i wanted to buy a bit of airtime, i made a mistake and accidently paid R70 , but i only wanted to buy R38 airtime, but oh well it had already happened, so my owing amount was now R80 and i could buy round about R90 on emergency top up so, i buy R38 airtime and the amount that was left that i could buy on credot was around about R50, i go to the makhayas and spent the week there and when i came back and i'm trying to buy on emergemcy top up, it says that i can't recharge and i was furious them but i put R60 airtime and they only gave me R31 airtime to buy on emergency top up and also they said that my debt was now R127 even though i had paid with R60 and it should have never even reached R100 debt
