Telkom is horrible..This is my last contact with them

I paid telkom on the 22 of December because as everyone knows companies pay early in that month. I made things easy for myself so that i dont have outstanding debt meanwhile i had only made things worse. Telkom is charging me R202 for a rejected payment because they couldnt deduct a debit order on the 27th of December of a payment that was made in advance. When i asked about this i was told that manual payments take 10 days to reflex, and i said i was never told about this the consultant had the audacity to ask if i asked? Asked what?. Meanwhile the invoices always mention “Pay on or before the 31st…” This is a day light ******* of a provider that constantly takes advantage of the vulnerable
