TELKOM IS HORRIBLE!!!

I bought a UPS from Telkom in Centurion mall in March 2023. As many of us do, I did not keep the receipt (moved since then as well). I have proof that I bought it from that store using my bank card. I also still have the box with all the serial numbers on it. The device has a year warranty and they are refusing to help me!!! They claim that the manufacturer will not allow it??? I did not purchase the device from the manufacturer.... I bought it from TELKOM!!! It is their problem to assist me!!! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM TELKOM AGAIN!!! I ALSO SUGGEST THAT NO ONE ELSE DOES. Another big corporate that does not care about customers at all..... Just pushing sales of faulty devices!!!
