Telkom is HORRIBLE!

Absolutely disgusting. Honestly. They don't even deserve a single star. I cannot believe how I have to struggle to close an account from two years ago. They contact me years later, telling me that I owe them thousands when clearly it was a lack of performance from their side. All evidence was presented to show that the wrong is from their side and still every month they keep charging and charging. Went into a physical store to finally pay and sort it out, for them to only tell me that they don't know how to fix he problem. #watse***isdit?
