Telkom is horrible

I ordered the Adsl 10mb/s the guy at the shop said They will install in 5 working days... It's been 3 weeks and every time I call they say go to the shop when I get to the store they do that click to call and the person on the line says some else connects me to 5 people n the last one says go to the store... Tried cancelling but they say my refund will take 30 days...Telkom is horrible.....
