Telkom is horrible

Dear Helkom Mobile

You promised to shake up the mobile industry and introduced the totally unlimited package! Woo hoo!!

Whilst in concept it works well, is your plan to secretly provide the most horrible reception ever to prevent customers from actually making calls or using data?

For someone's whose income depends on having good cellphone connection, this is costing me. R1600 every month and also loss in business.

I simply cannot deal with this.

I have called your call centre but to no avail. I have calls dating back to April 2019 and some even further than that and no one gets back to me.

Somebody help me!!!!!
