Telkom is horrible

Telkom has been horrible , They promised me they would get me connected within 3-4 weeks. Yet its been 6 , Now that i want to withdraw my order they are making it impossible and i don't want to be billed for this. If you see this telkom have the decency to withdraw my order and call me to confirm , I do not want to be charged , I went to ur telkom in centruy city , Stood in the que for a hour and all they did was arrange a call back , And when they called back all they did was tell me do it online and hung up , i dont have a account yet so theres nothing to manage so i cant withdraw my order , So help please before u's charge me
