Telkom is hopeless

My landline has been dead for over a week. After much difficulty I managed to report this fault online. As the line is still dead I tried to contact Telkom by phone, but the line is never answered. I, therefore, endeavoured to login to the Telkom website; however, this proved to be impossible as their website does not work. Clearly, Telkom are just diinterested in customer service. How does one go about getting anything fixed.
