Telkom is Hopeless!!!!
<p>We have reported our landline to Telkom since May and to date no one has been there to assist. Everytime we phone Telkom we are given a reference nr and told that a tech will be sent out. The people who 'help' us dont even know how to answer the phone properly! Totally pathetic 'service'!!!</p>
