Telkom is holding me ransom

I have a problem my telkom router hardly has any internet connection.I went to the store to cancel my relationship with telkom only to find out that I was signed up for a two year contract which is not what I wanted i specifically asked if its a contract ,when i went to the store the sales agent said consultants will say anything to get a sale i spoke to cancelation over the phone they gave me a reference number saying I will be contacted to resolve the issue this was Monday afternoon at 6pm Tuesday morning at 7am I get a message saying my complain has been closed no call, no response just case closed im forced to have a contract with no network I always have to buy data and they just closed my case with out calling or investigating
