Telkom is holding me hostage

Telkom has the worst customer service. I have been trying to cancel my contract since 2020 and to no avail. TELKOM has sent me on an goose chase, suspended my account as well as charged me extra for not paying for a contract that was supposed to be cancelled. I don't know how depserate they are for business but they are holding me hostage.
