Telkom is highly unprofessional and ***********

I have had nothing but a horrible experience with telkom, I app**** for an ADSL line , the technician that came to install the line didn't connect it correctly, and then the call center didn't register a connection or service to my account.

I've called on numerous occasions and they keep giving me the run around from department to department. None of the employees in the call center are remotely qualified to help.

One person in the technical department tried to help but still nothing was resolved.

I have a reference number for technician to come out and correctly install the device but it's been 4 days and I didnt even recieve a call or confirmation that anyone will be attending to my issue.

I find it highly annoying and unprofessional for such a big company to be do ***********.
