Telkom is Hellkom

Just past 3 weeks, and still we do not have adsl or phone lines? Have phoned in and reported, it has been escalated every single time I have spoken to a Telkom agent? Also phoned there technician for our area? Would check and let me know... still nothing! Your service is appalling, I have posted on your Facebook page as well..... And still you like to take our money, and not provide any service what so ever! Cant think it takes you 3 weeks to fix a cable?
