Telkom is hellkom

Our 20mb line keeps dropping despite numerous calls to Telkom. They are useless. We have a computer and laptop that lose connection as well as the phone. Service is non existent. We cannot have online meetings. Telkom has no accountability. “Support” just hangs up the phone if they can not assist. Team leaders don’t return calls. I am going to lose my job due to Telkom’s ineptitude. We pay OUR bills but Telkom couldn’t be bothered to provide a service. The amount of wasted hours I spend trying to get Telkom issues resolved is pathetic. I should be billing Telkom. I have never had these issues with the smaller service providers. Shameful.
