Telkom is Hell-kom - no service, but they close the fault as resolved!

Telkom Herm**** - I log the fault on Telkom via MWeb ADSL (Telkom phone had no ringtone) - Telkom makes appointments and then never arrives nor cancel the appointment - Telkom register wrong contact details on their fault login system and then blame the customer - Telkom closes the fault (twice) while it is still unresolved - One month later and the fault is still unresolved, but Telkom has happily closed the call! I had a similar experience with them a few years ago in Benoni as well. Horrible service.
