TELKOM IS HELKOM

Last year August I settled my Adsl line with telkom. My initial contract ended in December 2019 yet I kept paying it until August 2020, I requested them to close it and provided a 30 day written notice as requested. I then paid and close it. By my surprise I'm handed over and being threatened to pay R693.00. I want this amount sc****d completely. I want a CEO to call me back, I don't want any agent to call me. This amount I want gone. You guys didn't even contact me when my contract ended to offer me a fibre line. So pathetic.
