Telkom is Heartless and Devious.

Customer service is terrible, for a telephone company they have the worst quality phone lines. You can never hear anything. Sounds like they are in Antarctica. These people are vindictive. They pretend to log the faults and don't actually do it. Three times....it must be a thing they do to complaining customers. And today I had a lady who forced me to hang up first because she didn't want me to participate in the quality survey that is recorded when they hang up from their side.
