telkom is harassing me big time

I had two contract with 8Ta/Telkom and I finish my two years ago now for the last 12 month 8Ta/Telkom have been deducting R47.92 and now I own them R298.54 I went to the store several times in Vaal mall Vanderbijlpark. I stood for 2 hours and 30 min in my lunch time. I have send them emails several time below is emails I have send to them. Also they want me register to their website I don’t have data to do all that as we know data is very expensive Telkom is harassing me and making my life a living hell please help me.Now i have overdue balance on ITC of R251.00 i was trying to open an account only to find out that am listed by telkom.
