Telkom is harassing me...

Telkom service sucks. I have app**** for router with them at Incredible Connections, it was not approved. After two weeks went to Telkom Kiosk Dihlabeng Mall, openned one was approved. 2 months down the line, my service was disconnected citing I owe them. When I confronted them I was told my other account (not approved one) is owing. To this date, my service is still disconnected because I refused to pay them(how can I pay for the service I have never received?)
