Telkom is great at taking consumers money, and providing NO SERVICE

I have logged a complaint about not receiving signal in November 2015.

I have repeatedly followed up, and I found that Telkom was closing and deleting the case numbers without resolving the cases.

Finally in April (5 months later) a technician came to test the signall, and all he said that there is a problem, and he has to create a report on his findings, and Telkom will resolve the incident within 5 working days.

It is now Mid June (8 months later) and nothing has been done about the problem.

Whenever we call the service desk, we have to wait on avergae of 20 minutes just for an agent to take the call, then explain the problem, and get transferred about 3 to 4 times, and the last person usually hangs up, or puts the call on hold indeffenitley. Not forgetting that you have to verify your details to every person you speak to. On average it wastes more than an hour, and you only get frustrated by following up on an incident.

Telkom Mission Statement “Seamlessly connecting people to a better life” is a lie.

Just look at the complaints on Hello Peter, there is no proof on anything seemless.

Telkom is great at taking consumers money, and providing no service, just like a big Ponzi Scheme.
