Telkom is Gone to the Dogs.

I'm Disappointed and in shock with the pathetic service of Telkom Wednesday I called in to complain my wifi is not working and I spoke in a good manner Wednesday and the agent advised me the Technician will come Thurs. I was issued a REF NO : 184BNK260225, FRIDAY TODAY 29/2/2025 nobody came 3rd day without wifi. Today I called whole day the agents **** 2 me whole day today they came, then they on their way so what is the correct story because this is terrible very bad my next step is to speak 2 higher ranking. Call me urgently on *** OR *** is to find a way forward because I'm not happy I'm shocked and disgusted in this service and the employees in the company that are there
