Telkom is gone down to the ground

I have been with Telkom for years and I am disturbed and absolutely disappointed with the network which held such hig standards. I am always on the road and should something happen to me I forever don't have any network. Yesterday I got stuck in town and couldn't get help until the afternoon thanks to Telkom and I almost got ******. Do you guys not understand how important our cellphones are to us? I guess their packages are cheap because the network is **** now.
