Telkom *** is going on!!

Good Day. I recently joined telkom. But my experience has been the worst. My line has been cut, and I still have no idea why. It's been 3 weeks. I'm working from home. My account is being depted, but my internet is still not on. It says my account has been suspended but I've been paying on time every month. This is really bull... Trying to get hold of an agent is even worst. Please assist me in taking this further.
