Telkom is going down!!! I will make sure of this

Telkom Westwood Mall in KZN is the worst Telkom express store. Absolutely terrible customer service from Freedom, Shannon and Daniel. they humiliated me in the store had to wait in store for a faulty laptop for 2hours. As told by Shannon the previous day , cooling off period for any devise contact is 7 days, they refused to take the faulty laptop back. After all that they locked my main sim card . Imagine that what poor customer service. When I called customer service was advised I reported my sim ****** of which I didn't. The damn nerve to do that after being a loyal client of Telkom with 4 contracts. I will take Telkom to task on this even it means me going the legal route and going on all social media networks
