telkom is goin dwn to the dumps !!!! they speak lies apon lies @ mre lies !!!!!

<p>pathectic service .... i hv repeatedly contacted telkom telephonically & directly....even went to telkom direct to lay a fault report telephonically.. i even taken my cordless handset & telkom corded handset phone to the telkom direct store for testing...( both phones work 100 percent upon testing).... upon speaking to the telkom agent via the phone @ the telkom store i was told that the line is faulty & was given a fault report number....i was told that it will take between 05 days for the line to gt fixed or sorted out..its goin on just over two and a half weeks nw and the line still has nt been fixed..i hv repeatedly been phoning telkom & providing them with the fault report number bt the consultant keeps saying i mst wait for a technician...this is damn fraustrating...( worst part is my alarm system wrks of the phone line & nw my alarm company says they dnt gt a signal every day ) this is so bad....( what abt my telkom phone bill @ the end of the month......is telkom goin to re-imburse me for the time the line is not working ? ) wat the flipn hell..... this is ****IN UNEXCEPTABLE.....HOW LONG MST I WAIT ....
