Telkom is giving out the worst service.

Telkom has begun with its shenanigans. My contract was changed without my permission, acknowledgement and it was not communicated to me. This left me with an outstanding balance and a suspended line. I called in to change the contract as Telkom wished with one of the agents on the phone, I was told a certain amount would be deducted on my debit date to keep me out of the suspension list, and that still was not done. Telkom is being very unfair to me as their loyal customer.
